It gives me great joy to present our next Liquid Family Portrait. Today we will praise a highly valued and long-serving member of our team, a person that consistently demonstrates his dedication, competency, and engagement - meet Soufien Lachiheb.
Starting January 1st, 2024, Soufien stepped into the role of Vice President of Service Solutions for the Americas. In this position, which is vital for our customer engagement strategy, he will report directly to our CEO, Terry Ingram. Soufien's expertise and leadership are key in achieving Liquids goals regarding customer support and engagement. Soufien’s ascent to this role is a testament to his hard work and commitment to our company.
I am thrilled to congratulate you on your new assignment Soufien, can you please tell us more about your new role at Liquid?
Soufien: As a Vice President of Service Solutions at Liquid, my role involves leading and managing various departments, collaborating with executives to develop and implement strategic plans, and ensuring the organization's overall success. I oversee operations, make important decisions, and work closely with teams to achieve our goals. It's a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of costumers needs.
What drove you to join Liquid from the beginning?
Soufien: Joining the liquid family was one of the most exciting things in my life, what drove me to join the company was its mission, vision, and values, which resonated with my own. I was also impressed by the innovative approach the company takes toward the industry. Finally, the opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team was a big draw. These factors combined made the decision to join a no-brainer for me.

Soufien: As the new Vice President of Service Solutions, my initial priorities and goals in that area would be to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and drive innovation. I would focus on understanding our clients' needs and expectations and work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that exceed those expectations. Additionally, I would prioritize building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring open communication and proactive problem-solving. By continuously improving our service offerings and delivering exceptional value, we can position ourselves as a trusted partner in their success.
