Payment Terms

Invoices: Liquid Consulting Inc. will invoice the Client for services rendered according to the terms specified in the service agreement.
Payment Due: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the service provision. This obligation shall survive the termination of the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed or provided by Liquid Consulting Inc. in connection with the services shall remain the property of Liquid Consulting Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty: Liquid Consulting Inc. warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
