Daria's exceptional skills in CRM management and corporate communications make her a perfect fit for this role. She will be taking ownership of our ContractZen contract management and RoboForm password management systems, working closely with the IT department to optimize our use of these tools, and ensuring seamless user access.
Additionally, as part of her responsibilities, Daria will serve as a crucial link between the technical aspects of the CRM system and the overall business objectives.
Moreover, Daria will continue providing administrative support to our senior executives, assisting with decision-making processes, report preparation, and project management. She will also extend her support in travel management, helping plan and coordinate trips to ensure smooth travel experiences for our executive European team.
Job Purpose: As a CRM and Corporate Liaison, Daria will manage our company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while simultaneously building and maintaining relationships within our organization, specifically with our senior executives and various departments. This role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee the utilization and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurately entered and up-to-date.
· Work closely with the IT department to manage user access and optimize the system according to the company's needs.
· Establish active and proactive communication with our customers, ensuring their requests are properly received, processed, and addressed in a timely manner.
ContractZen and RoboForm Ownership:
· Own the responsibility of managing and maintaining our ContractZen contract management and RoboForm password management systems.
· Manage user access for these systems and work in collaboration with IT department to ensure all users are proficient and comfortable using these tools.
· Act as a bridge between the technical aspects of the CRM system and the business needs of the company. This will involve facilitating communication and ensuring synchronization of processes and information between the CRM system and various departments.
· Collaborate closely with the IT department, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure optimal use of the CRM system.
· Provide administrative support to senior executives, assisting with decision-making processes, report preparation, and project management.
· Serve as a point of contact between executives and other departments, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
· Offer travel management support, including planning and arranging trips, preparing itineraries, and handling any travel-related issues or emergencies.
