Qualifications:

-As a person, you are result oriented and self-motivated. You are able to inspire and motivate people in the organization.

-Bringing a robust technical profile, you have a solid track record of achievements and learning. You also possess a customer-oriented mindset and an extensive understanding of service business and products.

-Solid knowledge of related technologies is essential in this position.

-A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.


Main responsibilities:

-Be the face of Liquid both externally and internally.

-Provide commissioning, automation support, production performance support and troubleshooting services on customers' processing equipment in the dairy & beverage industry.

-Perform corrective and preventive services.

-Be active and contribute to the site project team and be willing to take the lead.

-Follow set procedures to validate the performance criteria according to the customer contract and Liquid filed service guidelines.

-Be active, support, and share knowledge in the Liquid FSE team.

-Train and educate external and internal personnel and supporting customers at assigned projects on the operation and maintenance of automated liquid food processing equipment.

-Educate and train customer personnel in production support, equipment operation, and maintenance.

-Supervise performance improvement projects and coach customer teams. ---Take on the role of a mentor.

-Transfer imperial knowledge and competence regarding the manufacturing of liquid foods.

-Deliver on-call services globally.

-Provide emergency service at a moment's notice globally.

-Create daily/weekly reports on-site in accordance with Liquids’ policy.

-Prepare a summary of work performed to provide invoice basis for the financial department.

-Be a vital contributor to solutions with the alignment of our engineering team.
