Hello Wagner, can you please tell us about yourself and your role at Liquid?
Wagner: At Liquid, I am presently a member of the packaging team, where my responsibilities extend beyond packaging alone. I am also actively engaged in acquiring knowledge about the process area, leveraging the expertise of our more experienced colleagues. In the packaging department, my work spans several crucial tasks, including operating and maintaining filling machines, resolving equipment issues, enhancing performance, and conducting training and development programs for the customer's production team. This multifaceted role not only involves packaging machines tasks but also contributes to the broader efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
What got you to join Liquid?
Wagner: The job proposal at Liquid is a unique experience where I have the freedom to express different perspectives and support my ideas. I have realized that this opportunity not only offers professional growth but also personal growth. Each day, I see my potential developing, thanks to the challenges I face alongside the team. Wagner: Today, I can confidently state that Liquid's primary focus is to thoroughly understand the needs of our customers. We go beyond the conventional approach, offering specialized expertise in both, processing equipment and filling machines.
The primary strength of our team lies in the presence of experienced experts who have a deep mastery of the equipment. This expertise forms the foundation of our service quality. Additionally, the team continually benefits from a culture of knowledge sharing, ensuring that each member's skills are complemented by collective wisdom. This not only empowers us as a team but also strengthens our ability to provide tailored solutions to our customers.
Ultimately, our main goal is to empower our customers to achieve their objectives. We aim to reduce their operational costs and enhance overall efficiency. By working closely with our customers, we develop strategies and implement solutions that improve their operations. Where do you see that Liquid does a difference for our customers?
Wagner: Our commitment to flexibility and adaptability is a testament to our dedication to serving our customers effectively. This means that if a customer requires overnight or during weekends assistance, we provide it promptly.

Can you tell us about a project that you are particularly satisfied with?
Wagner: I was able to closely observe and assist with the services performed within a leading US Co-Packager, where I witnessed the customer achieving outstanding results and breaking production records never before reached. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the partnership established with us at Liquid.
What are the best parts about working at Liquid?
Wagner: Frankly, the absence of excessive internal bureaucracies within the company significantly simplifies the daily routine of field engineers. We enjoy the freedom to travel and perform our tasks without the constant pressure of a high stress environment.
Can you tell us one thing outside of work that you are passionate about?
Wagner: My hobbies are centered around motorcycles and spending quality time with my family. I derive immense joy from being in the company of my loved ones, creating lasting memories during our travels and cherished moments together. In particular, my passion lies with enduro and motocross bikes, which serve as my personal escape and source of exhilaration. Whenever the opportunity arises, I actively participate in regional and state-level competitions, and it's a shared adventure with my son. He shares the same profound love for enduro bikes, and together, we embark on thrilling journeys, strengthening our bond as a family through our mutual passion.
