As our esteemed Senior Process Specialist, Bugra doesn’t merely acquaint himself with tasks - he masters them, ensuring that Liquid remains at the forefront of excellence.
But what truly sets Bugra apart isn’t just his technical prowess. It's the infectious positivity he brings into every room, and the unwavering hand of support he always extends to a colleague in need of support.
Hi Bugra, can you please tell us about yourself and your role at Liquid?
Bugra: As a senior Process Specialist in Liquid, I am providing high standard services to our valued customers. My stronghold is Aseptic Processing and I am helping our customers to find reliable solutions for their processing systems. I perform many different tasks to deliver that promise but in most cases I am working on Performance Improvement Projects, Troubleshooting, Training and Commissioning projects.
In Liquid we also have a culture to help each other and continuous improvement. And as a senior process specialist I also help my colleagues when they need help as well as learn new stuff from them.
What got you to join Liquid?
Bugra: I was drawn to join Liquid for several compelling reasons, with trust and shared values being paramount in my decision-making process. Prior to joining, I had heard numerous positive accounts about Liquid, its team, and its reputation in the industry. These accounts painted a picture of a company that not only excelled in its work but also held its employees and values in high regard. These values and principles strongly resonated with my own, creating a sense of alignment that I believed was crucial for long-term success and satisfaction in my role.
Ultimately, it was the combination of Liquid's sterling reputation, shared values, and the exciting prospects it offered in Liquid Food Processing Industry that led me to enthusiastically join the Liquid family. But more importantly these core values are more important to be able to work together for long times.
How would you explain what Liquid does and which values we try to deliver to our customers?
Bugra: Liquid is a dynamic company that specializes in Liquid Food Processing providing technical support and innovative solutions to our customers.
Our core mission is to make it easier to our customers. It is important to understand one key concept when it comes to Food processing; Food Processing is a hard process by its nature. Food is very essential for us – humans – to survive. And unlike many other products, Food Products can not last long unless processed quickly and properly. Because of this reason it is supposed to be processed properly without losing time. On the other hand, production facilities face numbers of difficulties in daily routines. These difficulties often cause delays and make the product stay unprocessed for certain amount of times and may result serious financial loses. Because of this very same reason the Food Production Plants are always running under stress. In this case it is very important to find a solution as soon as any problem occurs.
Our core mission at Liquid is to simplify the complex world of food processing. We understand the critical nature of food production, where time is of the essence. Food products must be processed quickly and efficiently to ensure freshness and quality. However, production facilities often face a myriad of challenges that can lead to delays and financial losses.

When our customers encounter problems or require assistance, we act swiftly to diagnose the issue and implement effective solutions. For instance, there have been instances where we've provided real-time remote support to troubleshoot and resolve issues, preventing costly production interruptions.

What are the best parts about working at Liquid?
Bugra: There are numbers of advantages to work in Liquid but there are few of them stand out from the others.
First of all, Liquid is a company with many specialists with strong knowledge in their own fields. There are always plenty of people to help if any difficulties occur. Working with such people not only makes the job easier but also ensures continuous learning. This helps us to be much stronger and keep ourselves in a very good shape.
Working in Liquid also gives such opportunity to meet new people, places, machinery, and technologies in regular basis. I have met many amazing people and I have got many friends all around the world which is an amazing experience.
Of course, the list is much longer but these two are much more important to me.
Can you tell us one thing outside of work that you are passionate about?
Bugra: Of course family comes first in this list so I should say being dad is my number one passion. But apart from family, there are still plenty of things we love.
One of my passions is the pursuit of knowledge. I find great satisfaction in learning new things, whether it's diving into a new subject, exploring a hobby, or acquiring a new skill. This drive for continuous learning keeps me curious and engaged in the world around me.
Learning new stuff, Scuba Diving, Skiing, Table Tennis probably come first in this list. But of course these activities are the best when they are done with our loved ones.
